Thank you for your interest in an affiliate partnership, to promote our industry-leading, biological age test kits. The TruDiagnostic Affiliate Program is a way for interested partners to receive a 'thank you' commission from referred sales, while simultaneously offering their network TruAge tests at a discounted rate.

It is important to note that our affiliate program is not the same as a traditional, healthcare provider partnership. For the fastest and easiest enrollment, please carefully review the directions below.

The difference between
PROVIDER & AFFILIATE
partnership programs.
Our primary collaboration structure is our Healthcare Provider Partnership Program. This is where clinicians pre-purchase tests at a discounted rate, test their patients directly at whatever price-point they choose, and then receive automatic access to results.
The TruDiagnostic Affiliate Program, on the other hand, allows clinicians or wellness influencers to promote independent TruAge testing (self-purchase and self-completion of the testing process) to their network. This structure does not give the referring affiliate access to a patient's results.

Healthcare providers who want to share the excitement of TruAge testing have two ways to partner with TruDiagnostic; either selling kits directly to patients, or encouraging them to purchase and test independently.

Clinicians can participate in both programs. For example, a provider can directly test patients and access results within their practice, while also referring independent testing to others at conferences, on podcasts, social media, etc.

Our Healthcare Provider Partnership Program is designed for traditional testing and access to results within a practice. This structure works by clinicians pre-purchasing tests at wholesale costs, with profits being determined by how much the provider charges for the test and result analysis.
Our Affiliate Program is designed for the promotion of TruAge testing without access to patient results. This structure works by clinicians encouraging their network or patient pool to independently purchase and test. A provider can participate in both partnership programs.

on the IMPACT platform.
If you're ready to move forward with enrolling in our Affiliate Partnership Program, you will need to sign up for a free account on a third-party website called Impact.

Impact allows affiliates to independently track the sales from their referrals, and receive automatic, monthly commission payments.

Affiliates must first create an account on the site, and then link up with the TruDiagnostic program, to begin. You can sign up for an Impact account and automatically apply to our program by enrolling through the link below.

It is important to note that Impact screens all new applicants who sign up on their site, and it can take up to two weeks (when done correctly) for their team to process your enrollment.

Accessing & using your UNIQUE TRACKING tools.
It is standard for an affiliate partner to receive a 12% commission on all order totals from purchasers within their network. Affiliates only receive commission on completed sales that are directly traced back to the specific affiliate's referral.
This digital attribution automatically occurs when a purchaser uses an affiliate-provided link, or when a purchaser manually enter a unique promotional code (provided by their referring affiliate) at check out.

COMMON QUESTIONS.
What is the commission/payout percentage for affiliates? Our standard affiliate contract gives purchasers a 12% discount, and pays referring affiliates 12% of the purchaser's order total before their discount is applied. Payments to affiliates are processed through the Impact website, and are automatically issued each month.
What is the discount percentage that I can offer my network/followers? Our standard affiliate contract gives purchasers a 12% discount, and pays referring affiliates 12% of the purchaser's order total before their discount is applied. To modify your discount and commission rates to equal 24% through a different split, email emilie@trudiagnostic.com.
Can I use both a unique tracking link AND a unique tracking code simultaneously, for different promotional opportunities/mediums? Yes! You can use a unique tracking link created from the Impact portal, a unique promotional code created by the TruDiagnostic team, and/or a link version of that promotional code, at the same time. If you've followed all enrollment instructions above, Impact will properly track the sales from various unique tools, simultaneously.
Can I participate in both the Healthcare Provider Partnership AND Affiliate programs? Yes! Clinicians can participate in both programs. For example, a provider can directly test patients and access results within their practice, while also referring independent testing to others at conferences, on podcasts, social media, and more.
Will I have access to my patients' results if I enroll in TruDiagnostic's affiliate program? No. Results from TruAge kits that a patient purchases directly from TruDiagnostic.com do not include provider access to results. If a clinician is enrolled in both our Healthcare Provider Partnership Program and our Affiliate Program, only results linked to kits purchased through said clinician will include result access.
I am having difficulties getting my Impact account set up. Why isn't my account approved? Who can help me? Impact has a robust account creation approval process to protect against spam. We highly recommend that those who are new to affiliate marketing follow our Impact Enrollment Guide outlined on this page, for the fastest approval success. Due to the fact that Impact is a third-party website in which TruDiagnostic does not own, operate, or otherwise have internal access to, we are limited in our ability to assist with enrollment and account verification issues.
